Terms of Dog Waste Removal Service:
How Do I Pay?
We offer a client portal where payments are securely processed. If you didn’t onboard yourself through the instant quote feature on our website, we’ll create an account on your behalf after speaking with a Paw Patrol representative. You’ll receive login details via email. Setting up your account takes less than two minutes.
Through your portal, you can view paid invoices, past cleanup records, and securely link your credit or debit card. Once your card is linked, invoices will be generated automatically, and receipts will be sent to your email.
Note:
Your card must be linked before our team arrives at your home. If your card isn’t connected by that time, we’ll attempt to contact you and knock on your door. If we can’t reach you, we’ll reschedule your cleanup for the next available date, which could be weeks out depending on the season. For assistance, contact us at 360.499.3787.
Do You Bill Monthly?
Yes, your billing date is set according to your signup date and occurs each month before services are provided. Payments for initial or one-time cleanups are due upon job completion.
Example:
Lisa signed up for weekly cleanups starting 3/15/2024 at $80/month.
Amount Charged on 3/15/2024:
$80 (for 4 cleanups over the next month)Total: $80
Next Payments:
4/15: $80 (Recurring Cleanups)5/15: $80 (Recurring Cleanups)6/15: $80 (Recurring Cleanups)
If payment isn’t received before the first cleanup of the next billing cycle, you’ll be removed from the service schedule until payment is processed. Monthly service / cleanup fees are non-refundable.
What Time Will You Be at My Home?
Due to routing optimization, we can’t provide exact arrival times. Our routes run from 7 AM to dusk and are designed for efficiency to keep rates low.
You’ll receive a text about 60 minutes before our arrival. If your yard is at the beginning of our route, you may get a 15-30 minute heads-up instead. We’ll notify you if your scheduled service day changes.
Do I Have to Be Home During Cleanup?
No, you don’t have to be home. Please ensure easy access to your gate. We can clean with dogs in the yard as long as they’re friendly. After cleanup, we’ll send a photo of the closed gate to your email on file.
Note:
If our team hasn’t met your dogs and you’re home, please inform the technician before letting your dogs out. We want to avoid startling anyone!
What Happens If My Service Day Falls on a Holiday?
If your scheduled day is on a major holiday, we’ll move your cleanup back or forward by one day, or skip that week’s cleanup and perform double cleanup the following week. You’ll still be charged due to two weeks’ accumulation.
Do You Disinfect Your Equipment?
Yes! We disinfect our tools after each cleanup using an organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs.
