How Do I Pay?
We offer a secure client portal for payments. If you didn’t onboard yourself through our instant quote feature, we’ll create an account on your behalf after speaking with a Paw Patrol representative. Login details will be sent via email. Setting up your account takes less than five minutes.
Customer Portal
Through your portal, you can view paid invoices, cleanup records, and securely link your credit or debit card.
Note:
Your card must be linked before your first scheduled cleanup. If your card isn’t connected by that time, we will notify you via
email, SMS, or phone call. If a payment method isn’t on file before service, your cleanup may be rescheduled for the next available date. For assistance, contact us at (360) 525-1665.
Billing
Do You Bill Monthly?
Yes. Your first billing date is prorated and billed on or after your initial (free) cleanup is completed. After that, all recurring monthly invoices are billed on the 1st of each month, prepaid.
Example:
Lisa signed up for weekly cleanups starting 3/15/2024 at $100/month.
• 3/16/2024 – Free initial cleanup completed
• 3/16/2024 – Invoiced for 1 remaining cleanup scheduled for the month
• Amount charged on 3/16/2024 (prorated): $25 (for 1 upcoming cleanup)
• Future billing: 4/1: $100 | 5/1: $100 | 6/1: $100
If payment isn’t received before the first cleanup of the next billing cycle, you may be removed from the service schedule until payment is processed.
Refund Policy:
Monthly service fees are refundable for any services
not yet provided
and, in some cases,
refundable for services already provided at our discretion.
Canceling Service
If you cancel service, you’ll receive a refund for any prepaid service that has not yet been delivered.
Pausing Service
Clients may pause service if they are leaving town and their dog will not be using the yard (e.g., vacation, medical reasons).
What Time Will You Be at My Home?
We cannot provide exact arrival times due to route optimization. Our routes run from 7 AM to dusk and are designed for efficiency.
You’ll receive a text about 60 minutes before our arrival. If your yard is at the start of the route, notice may be 15–30 minutes. We’ll notify you if your scheduled service day changes.
Do I Have to Be Home During Cleanup?
No but please ensure easy gate access (unlock gate if needed). We can clean with dogs in the yard as long as they’re friendly. After cleanup, we’ll email a photo of the closed gate.
Note:
If we haven’t met your dogs and you’re home, please inform the technician before letting them out.
What Happens If My Service Day Falls on a Holiday?
If your service day lands on a major holiday, we may shift your cleanup by one day or skip that week and perform a double cleanup the following week. Charges still apply for two weeks of accumulation.
Do You Disinfect Your Equipment?
Yes! We disinfect tools after each cleanup using a kennel-grade, organic disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs.
We prioritize protecting your personal information. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.
Data We Collect:
Name, address, phone, email, Property details (gate locations, cleanup areas), Pet details (names, birthdays), Payment and billing info
We may collect anonymized data (gender, service areas).
How We Use Your Data:
To provide services, process payments, and improve operations, including customer communication and offers.
Sharing Data:
We never sell or lease customer data. We may share limited info with trusted partners for billing, notifications, or customer support.
Your Rights:
You may request data deletion or opt out of marketing by contacting (360) 525-1665.
By enrolling in service with Kitsap Paw Patrol, you agree that the free initial cleanup is contingent upon completing at least one full month of paid service. If service is canceled before completing the first month, the full amount of the first month’s invoice will remain due. In such cases, we will still complete the scheduled services to ensure you receive the full value of what you’ve paid for.
